会议邀请美国俄亥俄州立大学胡武阳教授、德国汉堡大学Andreas Lange教授、美国康奈尔大学李善军教授、瑞典乌普萨拉大学李传忠教授等4位嘉宾围绕“Behavioral Consideration in Conservation”“Weakest Links in Space: On the Voluntary Provision of Public Goods in Overlapping Neighborhoods”“Efficiency and Equity Impacts of Urban Transportation Policies with Equilibrium Sorting”“Frontiers in the Economics of Tipping Points: Some Recent Modeling and Experimental Advances”等主题进行主旨演讲。

专题报告环节，15位嘉宾展开演讲。8日上午，浙江大学龚斌磊教授、暨南大学唐曲副教授等2位嘉宾作主题为 “High-speed Railroads and Local Agricultural Development”“Fare Structure and the Demand for Public Transit”的专题报告。

8日下午，厦门大学李智副教授、中南财经政法大学褚印副教授、暨南大学邱筠副教授、北京大学梁远宁助理教授、香港大学李硕博士后等5位嘉宾围绕“Emissions Trading with Consignment Auctions: A Lab-in-the-Field Experiment”“Wind Power Expansion and Regional Allocative Efficiency among Fossil Fuel Electricity Generators”“Can Access to Health Care Mitigate the Impacts of Ozone Pollution on Deaths?” “Do Safety Inspections Improve Safety? Evidence from the Roadside Inspection Program for Commercial Vehicles”“Environmental Regulation and Firms’ Extensive Margin Decisions”等主题作专题报告。

9日上午，南京大学张炳教授，中国人民大学龚亚珍教授、徐上助理教授等3位嘉宾开展主题“Loss Target: Randomized Environmental Inspections and Law Enforcement Efficiency”“Risk as Excuses for Selfishness: Evidence from Public Goods Games with Rice Farmers in Four Developing Countries”“Land Conservation and Agriculture Productivity”的专题报告。
