ISE执行主编期满换任，安永红教授接任陈智琦教授

International Studies of Economics (原Frontiers of Economics in China)执行主编陈智琦教授将于今年7月1日到期卸任，出任Canadian Journal of Economics主编。陈教授自2011年进入FEC主编团队、2013年担任执行主编以来，始终尽心尽力、负责担当，在期刊经营管理、稿件处理、政策制定、对外合作等各方面展现出丰富经验与高超智慧，对于期刊的国际化和影响力提升做出了卓越贡献。

任教于美国得州农工大学经济系的安永红教授将于7月1日起接任ISE执行主编。安教授于2011年毕业于约翰•霍普金斯大学，主要研究领域为微观计量经济学及其在产业组织、劳动经济学以及实验经济学等领域的应用。安教授的研究工作发表于Journal of Econometrics, RAND Journal of Economics, Journal of Business & Economic Statistics, Journal of Economic Behavior & Organization等众多国际知名期刊。

我们坚信，在安老师的带领下，ISE将继续在国际化道路上阔步向前，迎来跨越式发展的新时代！

期刊简介

International Studies of Economics (《国际经济研究》，简称ISE，原Frontiers of Economics in China) 由上海财经大学高等研究院和Wiley合作编辑出版。本刊刊发经济学各个方向的理论性、实证性论文，特别是与中国经济及其他新兴、发展中或转型经济相关的论文。发稿以原创研究论文为主，同时也涵盖观点论文、文献综述、书评等。

Succeeding Zhiqi Chen, Yonghong An Named Executive Editor of ISE

It is with great gratitude that we announce that Professor Zhiqi Chen, Executive Editor of the International Studies of Economics (formerly Frontiers of Economics in China), will leave office on July 1, 2022, as his tenure expires and his new appointment as Managing Editor of Canadian Journal of Economics starts.

Professor Chen joined the FEC editorship as Co-Editor in 2011 and became Executive Editor in 2013. With extensive experience and deep insight in journal management, manuscripts handling, policy-making and cooperation issues, he has made extraordinary contribution to the journal. The past decade has been witnessing rapid progress in the journal’s recognition and internationalization - we owe much to Professor Chen’s dedicated efforts.

Professor Yonghong An from the Department of Economics at Texas A&M University will begin his first term as Executive Editor of the International Studies of Economics in July 2022. Professor An obtained his Ph.D. in economics from Johns Hopkins University (2011) and his research focuses on microeconometrics and its applications to industrial organization, labor economics, and experimental economics. He has published in leading economics journals such as Journal of Econometrics, RAND Journal of Economics, Journal of Business & Economic Statistics, and Journal of Economic Behavior & Organization.

We are confident that Professor An’s editorial leadership will start a great new era for ISE!

Journal Profile

International Studies of Economics (ISE) is a general interest journal in economics published by Wiley on behalf of the Institute for Advanced Research, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. It was previously published by Higher Education Press under the title Frontiers of Economics in China, which was ranked as one of “The Highest International Impact Academic Journals of China” in 2016, 2019, 2020 and 2021. Issued quarterly, the journal is indexed in more than 10 databases including EBSCO-BSU, EconLit, ESCI, Gale, ProQuest, RePEc and SCOPUS.

The ISE welcomes submissions of theoretical and empirical papers from all fields of economics, particularly those with an emphasis on the Chinese economy and other emerging, developing or transition economies. While the journal is primarily interested in original research papers, it also welcomes submissions of opinion articles, literature surveys, and book reviews.
